Assists clients/participants to expand their support systems by providing community networking/ advocacy for and with family members; provides information and assistance in locating and accessing community resources that support family well-being and ensures successful linkages to needed services, such as early intervention, mental health, social service supports, health care, etc. As a Home Visitor, you will develop safe and trusting relationships with expectant and new parents, helping them to expand their support networks, maximize access to needed services, and providing support and expertise as they successfully navigate the parenting journey.
