Job Title: Hospice RN, Home Health RN Profession: Nursing Specialty: Hospice, Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Schedule varies Hours per Shift: 40 Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent acute care, home care, or hospice experience License: Current RN license in the state (BSN preferred) Certifications: Valid driver's license, appropriate auto insurance, and reliable transportation Must-Have: Clinical skills such as venipuncture, catheterization, wound care, and/or parenteral therapy Description: Provide skilled nursing, care, and case management for assigned patients in their place of residence or in an in-patient hospice center. Observe, assess, evaluate, and plan interventions based on patients' physical and psychosocial statuses, including changes in condition and/or reactions to treatments or medications during the duration of contact with patients.
