In this role, the successful candidate Assist Head Teacher in planning and implementing developmentally appropriate lessons; work with a team to provide stimulating environment and activities; encourage parent involvement; set individual goals and record anecdotal observations for each child; keep room clean; help with toileting; other various classroom duties. The network also includes 12 community medicine sites providing care to disenfranchised New Yorkers, comprehensive HIV services, chemical dependency programs, and a family support center that offers educational, vocational, and other social support programs.
