In this leadership role, you will oversee medical care, medication administration systems, regulatory compliance, and clinical staff supervision across our residential (CILA, ICF/DD, CLF) and Day Services (CDS) programs. Clinical Supervision & Collaboration: Provide direct clinical supervision, performance management, and monthly chart audits for the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and Medical Liaisons.
