We have an IMMEDIATE HIRING NEED for the following position: Registered Physical Therapist- Home Health PRN-Part time Job Description: As a home health Physical Therapist, your responsibilities will be to assess the patient's condition and initiate start of care face-to-face visits, perform evaluation tasks including vital signs and mobility/function review, evaluate strength while setting goals to improve these areas, report patient progress to patient/caregivers/physician/agency office as needed, and provide supervision and competency checks for PTAs as appropriate.
