The Certified home health aide/Certified Nursing Assistant is a paraprofessional member of the home health care team who works under the supervision of a registered nurse or therapist and performs various personal care services as necessary to meet the patient’s needs. The qualified candidate preferably has at least one year of working at a Medicare Certified skilled home healthcare agency; to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patient's homes in accordance with an established care plan.
