Services offered include intermittent skilled nursing visits (24-hour on-call nursing services available), pain and symptom management, medical social services, counseling, spiritual support, hospice aides, trained hospice volunteers and bereavement support. The Registered Nurse (RN) is accountable for utilizing the nursing process to provide safe, age-appropriate, direct and indirect Hospice patient care, while practicing within the scope of practice of the Oregon State Board of Nursing.
