Responsible for communicating with external referring providers, patients and family members in order to determine the specific types of medical records needed and where to obtain them and documentation of the date requested, name of person contacted and date received to include imaging films and reports, CT Scans, pathology reports, operative notes, office visit notes, lab data, from external systems along with internal imaging films and new patient consult notes. Actual base pay determined at offer will be based on labor market data, internal alignment, and a candidate''s years of relevant work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location.
