Vent experience required, however there is a class available (3hr class taught by RT, will receive an additional 12hrs of orientation with just vent patients; patients may include but not limited to pts with hypoxic brain injury on a chronic ventilator waiting for placement; max of 4 pts on vents out of 24 beds) THIS MUST BE AN EXPECTATION OF TRAVELERS BEFORE THEY ARRIVE.
