What Youll Do: As our Director of Healthcare, you will lead and oversee high-quality healthcare services and programs, improving the lives of our residents and driving the success of our team by: Leading and managing our Health Services team, ensuring high performance through effective selection, training, coaching, and performance evaluation. Ensuring high-quality care delivery and compliance by conducting observations, auditing documentation including EHR/Yardi/Care Stream tasks, Quick Mar/med audits, call light response, and implementing corrective actions.
