Solid experience in facilities maintenance, plant operations, or building systems • Strong working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and related systems • Experience troubleshooting equipment and maintenance problems • Preventive maintenance and work-order experience • Some supervisory, lead, or team-lead experience • Ability to coach, organize, and support a skilled maintenance team • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment • Healthcare or hospital experience is a plus, but not required • Technical trade experience or certifications are a plus.
