p>Minimum Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent • Must obtain BCLS certification within 120 days of hire (and keep it current for continued employment) • Clearance through the Family Care Registry • Completion of training as directed through orientation and/or by Leadership, Management, or Educators in the established timeline • Department orientation with classroom and clinical training equivalent to Unlicensed Assistive Personnel (UAP) regulations-or meet specific background criteria as listed below:
Unlicensed Assistive Personnel training requirements can be waived if the employee demonstrates competency in required content areas.
What You'll Be Doing:
• Helping patients with daily activities and providing direct care under the supervision of our awesome nursing team • Keeping the environment supportive, safe, and positive for everyone • Taking on a variety of duties (from clerical tasks to helping in a clinical setting) - no two days are the same!
