All Hospital Lab Director candidates will have the following job responsibilities: The Director of Laboratory is responsible for planning, coordination, and control of all activities relating to Laboratory Services, including blood bank, chemistry and hematology, and microbiology. All Hospital Lab Director candidates must meet the following minimum job qualifications: Must have Recent Acute care Lab Supervisory experience (Manager/Supervisor level REQUIRED, ideally with oversight of a high FTE count if a supervisor).
