Assists Managers, Supervisors and Directors by continuously surveying and addressing and identifying needs, problems and issues and relating to appropriate resource(s). This person/position is responsible for planning, organizing and supervising the nursing care, ensuring that patient care needs are met during his/her shift, and providing physicians and patients with optimal service, in a cost effective manner.
