Works closely with other departments, including but not limited to Patient Access, Clinical Services, Patient Financial Services, Medical Staff, Information Services and other service areas to support revenue cycle efforts and maintain HIM service levels. Communicates and works with physicians/providers, physician office personnel, colleagues, clinical managers, vendors and others in order to ensure a quality health record and promote customer service.
