Overview: Physician shall be a full-time exempt employee of Beebe Healthcare and be required to work SEVEN (7) twelve (12)-hour shifts, or eighty-four (84) hours, per three-week period (One week on, two weeks off), at the direction and discretion of the Director of Medical Education for a total of One-Hundred-Twenty-Eight (128) twelve (12)-hour shifts per fiscal year (the Shift Requirement). Actively participates in institutional and program level scheduled meetings, including but not limited to Faculty Meetings, the Clinical Competency Committee (CCC) and Program Evaluation Committee (PEC) in collaboration with residency Program Director(s).
