Description: The primary role of the Psychiatrist will be to provide trauma-informed, patient-centered, culturally competent and affirming care to a diverse patient population within an LGBTQ+ health center. Knowledge and comfort using evidence-based treatment modalities such as Motivational Interviewing, Harm Reduction, brief interventions, CBT, DBT and other psychotherapeutic techniques.
