Hospitality SpecialistLeisure Living of Gaslight VillageOverview:<ul><li>Location: 2625 N Adrian Hwy, Adrian, MI 49221</li><li>Position: Hospitality Specialist</li><li>Job Type: Part Time</li><li>Schedule: Every other weekend 10:30am - 3:30 pm</li><li>Pay: $14 per hour</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Wages on Demand - Daily pay available</li></ul>POSITION SUMMARYResponsible for providing a welcoming environment for residents, guests, staff, and vendors.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS <ul><li>Answer main entry door in a timely fashion and follow screening protocols for any person entering the community</li><li>Answer phones, as needed</li><li>Clean, disinfect and straighten main common area, which may include but not be limited to:</li><li>Sanitize entry way, include door handles, keypad, and other hard surfaces</li><li>Assist Life Enrichment with setting up, cleaning/sanitizing, and monitoring throughout visits for residents</li><li>Participate in resident engagement activities as directed by Life Enrichment</li><li>Maintain front porch appearance, by tidying up, water plants, sweeping, etc</li><li>Sort mail for distribution</li><li>Promote positive relationships with residents, staff, and visitors</li><li>Perform any other duties as requested within the scope of responsibility and requirements of the job.</li></ul>SKILLS & ABILITIES Education and Experience High school diploma/GED required. In this role, you’ll assist with transporting residents to meals and activities, respond to call lights within your scope, and provide companionship through one-on-one interaction. You’ll help keep resident rooms clean, organized, and well-stocked, supporting the care team by handling tasks like making beds, refreshing linens, and maintaining supplies. </div><div>You’ll also support dining services by delivering and collecting meal trays, assisting with hydration, and providing snacks or supplements as needed.
