This role helps advance initiatives that strengthen inclusion and belonging, support employee engagement, expand equitable access to opportunity, and reinforce McKinstry's commitment to creating respectful and inclusive workplaces across offices, jobsites, teams, and communities. Collaborate with Alliance (ERG) leaders, employee volunteers, internal teams, community partners, and industry organizations, to support Social Impact program delivery and relationship management.
