Seeking Hospitality ProfessionalsA Hospitality Professional provides first class service to our guests. They kind, caring, and engaging with whom they come into contact through Chick-fil-A. A Hospitality Professional arrives early and stays late if a there are open tasks to be completed.They seek to serve first rather than to be served. A Hospitality Professional has high expectations both for themselves and for those around them. They provide Memorable Moments within the four walls of our restaurant and beyond through our Drive-Thru and Catering. At Chick-fil-A Texarkana, we always keep our eyes out for applicants with a coachable spirit and a genuine desire to serve others. No restaurant experience is necessary, but a stable work history is recommended.Requirements<ul><li>Must be available to work Monday through Saturday </li><li>Must be a person of integrity, service, teamwork and excellence while having a positive influence on others around you</li><li>Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes, but is not limited to, standing for up to 8 hours and lifting up to 50 lbs</li><li>Ability to respond well to leadership/authority and coaching</li><li>Exhibit professionalism in every situation</li><li>Ability to multi-task with a self-motivated positive attitude with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Serves guests and fellow team members with honor, dignity and respect</li></ul><h3>The Perks:</h3>Full time position<ul><li>35-40 hours per week</li><li>$12 an hour to start $13 at the end of the first year</li><li>Eligible for health insurance after 3 months (1/2 paid by employer 1/2 paid by employee)</li><li>Paid Time off accrual after the first year</li></ul>Sundays, Christmas and Thanksgiving off.
