Using WYDOT policy and applicable state statutes, this position works closely with individual citizens, adjacent landowners, and public utility companies to balance their needs with WYDOT Right of Way and infrastructure concerns in the review, approval, and administration of Utility Permits and Licenses, Fencing Agreements, Landscaping permits, Right of Way encroachments and other miscellaneous WYDOT permits. Utilizes basic engineering and accounting calculations and techniques to make accurate computations using personal computers, calculators, handheld GPS units, and various vehicle-mounted data gathering devices relating to highway budgeting, planning, construction, and design concepts.
