Must be collaborative and work closely with station management and peers, both as part of a collective on-air show and with other dayparts, on content strategy+ Must have solid skills in audio production and have a strong working knowledge of using production and on-air studio equipment and software applications like Adobe Audition, Wide Orbit, VoxPro+ Adhere to all company policies and guidelines of station, company, and FCC.+ Show prep, including format related content, pop-culture content and local content; writing and posting web and social media content; writing and delivering commercial or personal endorsement content.+ Participate and create original content for all social media platforms; managing online personality presence+ Protect the station's FCC license+ Monitor the music and commercial logs for the airshift+ Ensure that promotions and contests are executed properly+ Operate the control board and perform production work+ Make personal appearances at station events and remote broadcasts+ Other duties as required by management**Qualifications****Required & Preferred:**+ Minimum 5-year on-air experience, with Top 40 and/or Hot AC radio format experience preferred.+
