He or she coordinates the seating flow of the dining room staff to ensure fast and courteous service to our guests. He or she schedules dining room reservations, arranges parties or special events, and arranges special services for diners. He or she is responsible for answering telephones and taking/relaying detailed messages. He or she aides or assists servers when needed by helping to clear tables. The ideal candidate for this position has a high school diploma or high school equivalency diploma and at least one year of experience in a restaurant setting. The ideal candidate for this position must display an upbeat, friendly, outgoing personality. A smile is part of your uniform for this position.
