DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESSkilled in team building and coaching site teams to guide in the development and training of Property Managers, Leasing Assistants, and Maintenance Staff including but not limited to HUD Public Housing and Multifamily regulations, PBV administration, LIHTC compliance (including income certifications, utility allowances, and recertification cycles); resident retention practices; reporting; and best industry practices for operating procedures such as rent collections, evictions, accounting, maintenance, and purchasing. POSITION SUMMARYThis is an exempt position providing oversight and direction for property management activities, asset management oversight, and regulatory compliance for an affordable housing portfolio including Public Housing, Project-Based Voucher (PBV) properties, and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) assets.
