Pursue new work associated with planning, design, and construction administration of a variety of site-civil projects for private and public clients as proposed project manager on competitive pursuits, including positioning, marketing strategies, proposing, participating in interviews, and negotiating contracts, to the extent required. Participate in construction support activities including responses to requests for information (RFIs), submittal reviews, construction site observations, and design revisions/ management of change orders, startup and commissioning and troubleshooting.
