The goal of this position is to keep the hotel in excellent physical condition by addressing maintenance issues quickly, completing quality repairs, preventing recurring problems, and helping provide a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environment for guests and employees. This position helps ensure that guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house spaces, equipment, and building systems are maintained in a safe, clean, functional, and presentable condition.
