Provide management in the following areas: a) overseeing the day-to-day activities of support employees, and students; b) reviewing all discipline incident reports and letters of sanction, recommending appropriate action; c) coordinating allocation of housing space and maintenance of resident hall records; d) coordinating education and training of all students, including facilitating workshops and seminars; and e) overseeing residence life programs including the central desk, security aide program, and the mail room. Or High school diploma or equivalent with one or more years of experience in supervision, three or more years of customer service, conflict resolution, counseling experience, group work, or human relations training, and four or more years of work experience in the following areas: residential living or residence hall work with residents, group home, Residential Life & Housing, military housing management, or hotel front desk management experience.
