ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Performs a variety of general office duties to support the activities of a school or office, including receiving telephone calls and greeting visitors, processing incoming and outgoing mail, assisting other staff, responding to requests for information, maintaining and updating records, and preparing documents.
