Registered Nurse (Hope House on Crotona Park (HHCP)) AthenaRegistered Nurse (Hope House on Crotona Park (HHCP))Bronx, New YorkThe Registered Nurse (RN) for Hope House on Crotona Park (HHCP) is a key member of our residential alternative to incarceration program, providing compassionate, trauma-informed nursing support to the sixteen (16) co-ed residents living within the Hope House residential program – a justice-involved population living with Serious Mental Illness (SMI) and, in many cases, co-occurring substance use disorders. The RN will coordinate closely with the Program Director, Residence Supervisors, residential staff, Clinic Director and outside medical providers to integrate psychiatric clinical and medical care into each resident’s comprehensive treatment plan.
