A Barback, is responsible for cleaning the bar, preparing garnishes, ensuring the bar is well stocked with napkins, ice, straws, glassware, garnishes, and all other necessities, and taking on other duties to support Bartenders and ensure that the bar operates smoothly.
A successful Server maintains a positive and influential attitude, is detail oriented, process driven and flexible while working under pressure to ensure seamless communication is maintained through the Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) staff. Also, collaborates with other team members and completes pre-service and post-service duties, accurately entering orders into POS and being attentive during service to support additional member or guest request.
Maintain a clean and tidy property as well as stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc.). Responsible for routine walk-throughs and ensuring the overall tidiness, cleanliness and maintenance of the Club, Rooms, Cowshed (Spa) and F&B Spaces (when applicable).
