Responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness of the property, including the management offices, common areas, amenity spaces, and residential hallways. Regular ongoing tasks include: Conduct daily review of property upkeep, including the exterior of the property and common area/hallways.

What You’ll Do Housekeepers are a vital part of the on-site maintenance team. You will report directly to the Maintenance Supervisor and assist with property upkeep, including daily, weekly, and monthly tasks. Regular ongoing tasks include:<ul><li>Conduct daily review of property upkeep, including the exterior of the property and common area/hallways</li><li>Responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness of the property, including the management offices, common areas, amenity spaces, and residential hallways</li><li>Assist the property’s Porter/Groundskeeper in managing trash disposal from offices and common areas</li><li>Clean property air vents as scheduled with Maintenance Supervisor</li><li>Wash common area windows as scheduled with Maintenance Supervisor</li><li>Accompany Maintenance Technician on resident work orders to ensure post-work cleanliness</li><li>Assist with preventative maintenance items as directed by Maintenance Supervisor </li><li>Conduct regular cleaning of any vacant units</li><li>Report needed repairs to Maintenance Supervisor</li><li>Comply with all regulations such as OSHA, EPA, State Health Department in handling cleaning chemicals</li></ul> Why Join Us We are an experience company.
