Responsible for assigning daily tasks to housekeepers, upkeep of laundry, inspection of guest rooms and public areas, reading and restocking of minibars, monthly inventory and ordering of supplies. Maintain organization and Inventory of housekeeping and guest supplies including minibar: ordering, receiving, vendor relations, monthly inventory for supplies and liquor.
