Ensures cohesive structures and project communications are in place for cross functional delivery between project focus area and the following areas: HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Absence, Time Tracking, Integrations, Organizational Change & Training, Data Conversion, Reporting and others as applicable. Provide functional leadership on multiple, concurrent Workday projects across all functional areas (for example, Core HCM, Core and Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Absence Management, Talent, Performance and Recruiting).
