Collaborates with physicians, nursing, technical staff, interdisciplinary teams, and organizational leadership to support department operations, resolve issues, communicate findings, and improvement opportunities to ensure resources and processes support GI/endoscopy services. Provides direct oversight of Registered Nurses and GI/Endoscopy technical staff and is accountable for staffing, workforce development, clinical operations, equipment and supplies, financial performance, quality, patient safety, regulatory compliance, and patient care coordination.
