The Brand Manager is accountable for driving business planning and marketing execution for the Thinx® brand and the objective of this role is to deliver sustainable, organic growth grounded in deep consumer understanding, clear brand positioning, and strong innovation and marketing plans that drive sales, profit, share, and brand equity. As a Brand Manager, you will put the consumer at the center of every decision and influence a broad set of internal and external partners within a matrix organization—including Supply Chain, Finance, Sales Operations, regional teams, and agency partners—to deliver strong DTC and brand outcomes.
