The role has particular emphasis on negotiating and reviewing contracts for mergers and acquisitions while providing day-to-day advice and counsel for the Company’s corporate functions (e.g., contracts, marketing, IT, procurement, data security, Intellectual Property) on litigation matters. Working knowledge of a broad legal landscape – commercial, IP, real estate, marketing, procurement agreements, and other business transactions; commercial disputes.
