Coordinate with the HR Generalist to support onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire paperwork, orientation, and system setup Maintain accurate employee records and supporting documentation Help ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and internal HR procedures Serve as a point of contact for employee questions related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures Support recruiting efforts by scheduling interviews, coordinating communication, and assisting with offer processes Assist with employee relations matters by documenting concerns and escalating issues as appropriate Ensure timely completion and compliance of I-9s, E-Verify, and other required employment documentation Maintain and update HR systems, including employee data changes, reporting, and recordkeeping Support payroll and benefits administration through accurate and timely data entry Prepare and submit monthly wage and employment reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable requirements Maintain records and documentation needed for reporting, compliance, and audits Assist with HR audits, reporting requests, and special projects as needed Partner with managers and HR leadership to support consistent application of company policies Provide administrative and executive-level coordination support as assigned Communicate professionally with employees, managers, and Support Center departments. 1+ year(s) of HR, administrative, executive support, or related experience Strong understanding of basic HR principles and employment practices Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism Effective written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal skills and a service-minded approach Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities Experience using HRIS systems preferred Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-department environment.
