This role leads the strategy, governance, development, delivery, and continuous improvement of major learning programs, including new-hire development, leadership development, annual required training, SOQM and CPE-related learning, and audit technology enablement. The Director partners with Audit leadership, Learning Operations, National Office, Quality & Risk Management, Technology, Events, instructors, facilitators, and subject-matter experts to support the firm’s System of Quality Management, professional development, audit quality, regulatory compliance, technology adoption, and business performance.
