Working closely with senior executives and FNR leadership, the Director of Strategy will lead high-impact work across sector strategy, portfolio choices, growth priorities, market entry, capital allocation, strategic partnerships, and capability investment in municipal and industrial water infrastructure, oil and gas, LNG, mining, advanced manufacturing, and other natural resources markets. The ideal candidate brings direct experience in water infrastructure across both municipal and industrial clients, understands the broader FNR value chain, and can translate market shifts-including water scarcity, industrial reshoring, energy transition, LNG demand, decarbonization, and resource security-into practical growth choices for Black & Veatch.
