Working closely with the Plant HR Manager and Corporate HR team, they will ensure that HR services support a productive, effective, and engaged workforce that contributes to the success of the plant and the organization. Lead talent acquisition strategy/full cycle recruiting; from posting jobs, coordinating interviews, preparing, and making offers, facilitating negotiations, deploying pre-employment contingencies, and scheduling on-site onboarding.
