Ability to: operate a transit bus in a safe and efficient manner; develop and maintain defensive driving skills; learn and implement city procedures, regulations, and requirements with respect to safety; effectively use oral and written communication in the performance of duties and responsibilities; use independent judgment and make decisions without direct supervision; report to work regularly and on time; provide high quality service to the public and other employees; establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, other departments, and the public; and operate computers for data entry. We are seeking dedicated and passionate individuals to operate diesel and gasoline-powered buses on established routes, assist passengers, and maintain non-mechanical aspects of the buses.
