Performing field activities including test pitting and soil sample collection, soil boring and groundwater monitoring well installation oversight, groundwater gauging and sampling, soil vapor and indoor air surveys, hazardous building material surveys, stormwater sampling, and aquifer testing. Position responsibilities will include: remediation system installation, operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and/or repair; remediation system monitoring, data collection and tracking; time-sensitive environmental response action; support to the characterization of contaminated sites; remediation construction oversight and monitoring; heavy equipment operation; and contractor management and observation.
