Repair overhaul and maintain refrigeration compressors, water chillers, boilers, pneumatic control systems, heating and air conditioning systems, refrigeration control valves, condenser coils, filters, switches and other devices related to the operation of industrial and commercial type heating, air-conditioning, and refrigeration equipment. The work may consist of all areas of HVAC/R service and maintenance as well as occasional plumbing, electrical or other building maintenance support, including but not limited to: boilers, chillers, split systems, roof top systems, domestic hot water, mini-splits, automation and controls, pumps, valves, electrical, duct, piping, etc.
