ROLE AND PURPOSE: Operate, install, inspect, repair, troubleshoot, replace and or overhaul HVAC, pumps, and all chiller plant support equipment, water pumps, electrical motors from fractional to 125 HP, pneumatic and electronic control systems, pneumatic valves, level controllers and other associated equipment used in the operation of the central chiller plants, pool systems, and HVAC equipment. Also, Operate, install, modify, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, replace and overhaul large HVAC systems, HVAC subsystems and components, electric and pneumatic control systems, humidifiers, pumps, variable air volume boxes, air conditioning units, evaporative coolers, traps, gas/water valves and pressure regulators.
