General Purpose: Demonstrate full proficiency in performing maintenance on facility structure, such as floors, lighting, walls, ceilings, outside roof, and grounds; perform small construction projects, such as room additions; and maintain ground equipment, such as pressure washers, mowers, forklifts, and plant vehicles. Must have the ability to perform routine repairs in a safe and timely fashion (rebuilding product/water pumps, boiler maintenance, HVAC, VFD's, sanitary valves, piping leaks).
