The position regularly requires movement throughout the property; standing and walking for extended periods; bending, reaching, kneeling, crouching, and working in confined or elevated areas when appropriate; climbing approved ladders; operating hand and power tools; and moving tools, parts, equipment, supplies, and materials associated with apartment maintenance. Complete minor repairs and replacements involving fixtures, hardware, blinds, doors, shelving, screens, locks, switches, outlets, plumbing fixtures, and other apartment components within the employee's training and authorization.
