This role is accountable for the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of all SEC filings and management reporting, while also serving as a key advisor to senior finance leadership on disclosure strategy, complex accounting matters, and reporting governance. From preparing and overseeing consolidated financial statements to supporting executive and Board-level reporting, the team ensures accuracy, clarity, and confidence in how financial performance is communicated across the business and to the market.
