Responsibilities will include: Working with case teams and vendors to analyze and contribute to strategic and defensible culling decisions with respect to large data sets composed of a variety of file types and formats; Designing, implementing, and managing all aspects of substantive document reviews, generally on Relativity and similar review platforms, including coding palette design, batching, review staffing, and formulating and running complex searches; Assessing the value and costs associated with the application of advanced analytical tools such as TAR and email threading; Designing quality control and privilege workflows and performing substantive and privilege QC review; Assisting with redactions and preparation of privilege and redaction logs; Participating in special projects and other duties as assigned. You will work alongside partners and associates to understand eDiscovery requirements for matters, contribute to the overall strategy and development of workflows and operational plans to cull, review, and produce data, manage the firm’s Document Review Attorneys, maintain vendor relationships, and work with other members of practice resources to respond to eDiscovery-related requests on matters.
