degree/diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or related field or relevant certifications and/or completion of a relevant bootcamp; You also demonstrate expert knowledge of banking products, services, and industry regulations; thorough understanding of current and emerging industry trends and developments; ability to shape departmental strategies using industry knowledge, and ability to solve high-level, complex problems impacting the organization, and ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams, and ability to set long-term strategic direction and solve high-level challenges that impact the organization as a whole. IT Asset Management (ITAM) or related technology leadership, and strong knowledge of hardware and software asset lifecycle practices, and experience in large, complex, and preferably regulated environments, and proven ability to work across regional and enterprise teams.
