Reporting to the Managing Lead Commercial Counsel, this role will support the company's commercial contracting needs by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a range of agreements, including routine and high-volume matters such as amendments, non-disclosure agreements, customer agreements, and vendor agreements. What you'll do: Draft, review, negotiate, and execute a broad range of commercial agreements in support of the company's operations and services, including customer agreements, vendor agreements, non-disclosure agreements, amendments, and related transactional documents.
